Nourishment Prayer Tabernacle Table of the Bread of the Presence

Tabernacle Prayer: Table of the Bread of the Presence

“Make a table of acacia wood–two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high. Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding around it…Put the bread of the Presence on this table to be before me at all times.” Ex 25:23-24, 30 (NIV)

Where do you go for nourishment? How do you refuel your soul after you have depleted your emotional love tank? Is there a place to receive nourishment?

As we tour the Old Testament Tabernacle, we find the place for nourishment is the Table of the Bread of the Presence. It speaks of communion, fellowship, and nourishment.

As clarified in the New Testament, we don’t go to a place for nourishment. Instead, we go to a person. Jesus! He is our Manna from Heaven! He is our daily bread! “Then Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty'” (John 6:35 NIV). Jesus is our source!

In a moment, close your eyes and begin visualizing Jesus as the bread of life. Begin acknowledging His daily provision in your life. Think about seasons when you did not know how you would make it another day and Jesus showed up with abundant resources. Reflect on the transitions in your life where Jesus provided a way for you when there seemed to be no way.

Jesus is the ultimate way-maker! He is all you need! Surrender to His tender care. He will see you through. He has already been where you are going.

Spend some time in prayer acknowledging your dependency upon Jesus as the bread of your life. He is your “daily” bread. Present your fears and your frustrations to the Lord in prayer and receive nourishment for your soul. Jesus is your life!

Difference Between Testosterone and Steroids

# Testosterone vs Steroids: Benefits, Side Effects and Usage

Testosterone and anabolic steroids are two substances often discussed
in the context of performance enhancement and health. While both can influence muscle growth and physical performance,
they serve different purposes and have distinct effects on the body.

Understanding Testosterone

Testosterone is a hormone produced naturally by the body, primarily by the testes.
It plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including muscle growth, metabolism regulation, and libido.
Natural testosterone levels vary among individuals, with men typically having higher levels
than women.

Why Do People Take Testosterone?

People may take testosterone for various reasons. In medical contexts, it’s used to replace
hormones lost due to conditions like hypogonadism or as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
In some cases, individuals may misuse it for non-therapeutic purposes, seeking to enhance
physical appearance or athletic performance.

The Benefits and Risks of Testosterone and How to Use

Testosterone has several benefits, including increased muscle mass, better energy levels, and improved libido.
However, it also carries risks such as cardiovascular issues, liver damage,
and the development of masculine traits in women. Proper usage involves consulting a healthcare professional, adhering to prescribed dosages, and monitoring for side
effects.

How to Use Testosterone Safely

Safe use involves following medical advice, storing the medication correctly, and avoiding
unnecessary dosage increases. Regular check-ups with a doctor are
essential to track health changes and ensure the treatment aligns with individual needs.

The Risks of Misusing Testosterone

Misuse can lead to severe health complications, such as heart disease or liver failure.
It’s crucial to use testosterone only under medical supervision and
avoid sharing or using it inappropriately without a prescription.

Understanding Anabolic Steroids

Anabolic steroids are synthetic substances that mimic testosterone’s effects.
They are often used informally by individuals aiming to build muscle quickly, despite
their legal and health risks.

Why Do People Use Anabolic Steroids?

Common reasons include a desire for muscularity, social status, or personal motivation. However, their misuse is
associated with adverse health effects and can lead to legal consequences.

Benefits and Risks of Anabolic Steroids and How It’s Used

While anabolic steroids can promote muscle growth and fat loss, they also pose significant risks like
organ damage, emotional instability, and dependency.
Usage typically involves administration methods such
as injection or oral use, often in cycles designed
to minimize side effects.

Related: What Is the Safest Steroid Cycle?

The safest steroid cycle involves legal use under medical supervision, with careful attention to dosage and
duration. It’s crucial to avoid illegal practices and consult healthcare providers for guidance.

Side Effects of Anabolic Steroids

Common side effects include acne, hair loss, mood swings, and potential cardiovascular issues.
Long-term use can lead to more severe health problems, underscoring the need for cautious use.
